  • Interpret CGM data for optimal patient care

  • Examine new technologies to recommend the best treatment for each patient

Today’s environment calls all of us, and our institutions and practices, to take a critical look at how to better connect with our patients and colleagues and the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Attendees will participate in an interactive group session to discuss and create pathways for recognizing and addressing forms of microaggression and how the failure of an environment that values DEI&B can limit and prohibit Leadership Opportunities and Career Advancement. Participants will walk away better equipped to affect change within their professional environment by sharing experiences, knowledge, and insights learned.
