NOTE: Should you choose to opt out of getting a hotel room through the official AACE hotel room block, your registration pricing will incur a $200 increase. There are exceptions for local participants or those who room share.

The ASAP Board Review Course has an additional fee of $100. You will have the opportunity to add these to your pass during registration.
Visa Letter Request
To receive a visa letter, you must first register for the meeting. During check-out, there will be a prompt to request a letter once an international mailing address has been input. The letter will be emailed once the registration is complete. In the event of visa denial, a full refund will be issued upon submission of the required documentation to AACE.
