Dr. Joshi is an internationally respected endocrinologist, educator, and researcher dedicated to thyroid education and clinical excellence. His prolific contributions to thyroid science and education are evident in his extensive body of work—over 600 peer-reviewed publications, 18 books, and editorial leadership in major Indian medical journals. Dr. Joshi’s research on hypothyroidism, thyroid co-morbidities in South Asian populations, and the impact of vitamin D deficiency reflects a focus on clinically relevant, population-specific issues. As Chairperson of the AACE India Chapter, he has spearheaded numerous educational initiatives, organized conferences, and served as a bridge between global endocrine leadership and the South Asian medical community. Dr. Joshi is also a gifted communicator and lecturer, widely known for his ability to simplify complex endocrine concepts for learners at all levels. He is also the first endocrinologist from outside the United States to be given the distinction of Master of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (MACE).
