Ms. McNally is a Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Endocrinology at Mayo Clinic in Florida and an Instructor in Medicine with the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
She is board certified in Family Practice and Advanced Diabetes Management and serves as the Program Director for the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Fellowship Program at Mayo where she designed and implemented over 2,000 hours of didactic and clinical curricula for advanced practice providers seeking specialized training in endocrinology. Ms. McNally has also led transformative initiatives in diabetes care, including the development of an APP-led Diabetes Consulting Service to improve inpatient glycemic outcomes.
