Dear AACE Community,
As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to share my excitement for the opportunities that lie ahead. This year promises to be another transformative chapter for AACE as we continue to innovate, collaborate, and lead the way in advancing clinical endocrinology worldwide. I am especially thrilled to welcome Scott D. Isaacs, MD, FACP, FACE, as the new President of AACE. His exceptional leadership and vision will guide our organization toward even greater achievements this year.
January Travels and Key Events
As we kick off the year, I’d like to highlight two key events where I will represent AACE and engage with leaders, partners, and members. These opportunities will set the foundation for a productive and impactful 2025:
- ASAE Symposium in Miami, Florida: I will join Dr. Trence and Dr. Eldeiry at this important event to explore strategies for strengthening AACE’s leadership in the association community and aligning our efforts with broader healthcare trends.
- AACE Executive Committee Retreat in Atlanta, Georgia: This retreat will provide an opportunity to strategize with our leadership team and refine our strategic priorities and goals for the future of AACE.
I will continue to share updates on my travels and partnerships throughout the year, highlighting how these engagements drive progress and benefit our global community.
Advancing Our Strategic Plan in 2025
As we look ahead to the opportunities of 2025, we remain committed to our strategic plan, which focuses on advancing endocrine care team leadership, enhancing patient awareness and engagement, and expanding worldwide engagement and impact.
This year we will continue to empower and support endocrinologists as leaders in optimal clinical care while providing expanded educational opportunities for the entire endocrine care team to advance their knowledge and expertise. We will also remain dedicated to strengthening our role as the trusted source for endocrine disease and care delivery information. By increasing awareness and equipping patients with resources to navigate their health confidently, we aim to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Globally, we will expand our efforts to engage and collaborate with the worldwide endocrinology and broader medical community. Through these initiatives, we seek to foster connections with colleagues and regions across the globe, driving progress and improving health outcomes on a global scale.
As we begin this exciting year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributes to our mission of elevating the practice of clinical endocrinology to improve global health. Together, we can make 2025 a truly transformative year for endocrine care.
Thank you,
