Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to: 

• Recognize the clinical features and metabolic manifestations of Cushing's syndrome (CS), including identifying signs of hypercortisolism in patients with treatment-resistant type 2 diabetes, mild autonomous cortisol excess, and other overlapping metabolic conditions, with attention to high-risk metabolic phenotypes in the absence of classic Cushingoid features.   
• Apply evidence-based screening and diagnostic strategies for suspected CS by interpreting clinical clues, selecting appropriate biochemical tests, and incorporating CS into the differential diagnosis of complex metabolic presentations.  
• Develop individualized management approaches for patients with CS by applying case-based referral strategies, patient education, pharmacologic and post-surgical treatment planning, chronotherapy considerations, and long-term monitoring to reduce metabolic and cardiovascular complications.
