The Annual Business Meeting of the AACE membership will be held via a ZOOM Virtual Conference Call on Friday, September 11, 2020, from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. In order to participate in the meeting, advance registration was required. Registration is now closed. Those that registered should be on the lookout for more information via email.
The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct business of the Association, including:
- Proposed Amendments to the AACE Bylaws
- Announcement of Results of the 2020 AACE Elections for Officer positions and Open Positions on the Board of Directors
- Report of the Finance Committee
If you registered, you received an email confirmation that includes a unique meeting link as well as an option to add a reminder to your calendar. Please note that your registration is unique and may not be shared with others. This will allow AACE to verify your identity and safeguard the meeting from potential security threats.
Please be advised that our meeting technology only permits voting through a computer login. Any eligible member that joins the meeting only by phone will not be able to vote, unless you are using the Zoom app on your smartphone or tablet.
