Community Engagement Auto-Renewal Terms

By opting-in for automatic membership or subscription renewal, you authorize AACE to renew your annual membership each subsequent year indefinitely using the credit card information you have on file, and it is your responsibility to keep that credit card information up to date.   The card will be charged on the first day of the next membership or subscription renewal date at the prevailing rate in effect at that time, and once charged, such fee is nonrefundable unless otherwise prohibited by law.  You may cancel your authorization for automatic renewal on the My Scheduled Payments page of your dashboard. 

 

We will provide you with email notice that your membership or subscription is about to automatically renew and that your credit card is about to be charged no less than 60 days prior to the effective date of such renewal, along with a reminder of your right to terminate the automatic renewal prior to the renewal date.  You may review the next scheduled payment date and stored payment method to be charged on the My Scheduled Payments page of your dashboard. 

 

By joining or renewing your memberships you consent to AACE processing and storing your personal data, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information (limited to last 4 digits of card number along with expiration date), during period of your membership.  You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting [email protected].  If you would like to know more or understand your data protection rights, please review our Privacy Policy and our GDPR Policy at https://pro.aace.com/about/privacy-policy-and-intellectual-property .

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your automatic renewals at any time prior to your credit card being charged for the current year’s membership dues or subscription fees by cancelling above or by sending a notice of cancellation to [email protected].  If your credit card information is expired or the card is otherwise rejected at the time of renewal, and if updated credit card information is not provided by you to AACE within 30 days of notice from AACE that the prior card could not be charged, AACE will deem your automatic renewal to be terminated and expect your payment in another form by the stated deadline.
