2020- 2021
AACE has partnered with several state associations to deliver a series of sessions to educate family physicians, physicians' assistants, and nurses who treat patients with diabetes. These one-hour talks are designed to equip primary care clinicians with evidence-based knowledge and increased competence about the use of CGM (continuous glucose monitoring). Using an interactive format, participants will review traditional approaches to monitoring glucose, discuss the role of CGM and how it’s used to manage patient with diabetes, interpret CGM results and provide continued support for patients with diabetes in the primary care setting. Available for 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
